experiences, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of community.

Josh Morano

Chief Strategy and Finance Officer

Josh brings more than 25 years of brewing and operational experience and leads the company’s strategic planning, financial oversight, and long-term development. In addition to guiding the business and financial direction of Lost Realm, he also leads kitchen development and operations, ensuring the food program complements the overall experience and reflects the same standards of quality and care found

throughout the space.

Sal diBacco

Founder

Sal focuses on culture, atmosphere, and the human side of the experience. With more than a decade in brewing and hospitality, he shapes the energy of the taproom — from how

the space feels to how guests

connect within it.

He leads guest experience and community-driven programming, ensuring everyone who walks through the door

feels welcomed and at ease.

Head Brewer & Chief of Operations

Sean previously served as

the Owner and Head Brewer at Labyrinth Brewing Company. At Lost Realm, he leads brewing operations, recipe development, production planning, and day-to-day operational execution across the brewery. His approach combines technical precision with creative exploration, with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
